A casual portrait session ideas in studio

This was an absolute awesome session because I did not know what to expect. Client mentioned it will be a casual portrait poses.

A few things I had in my bucket list that I had planned to try out for this particular session.

A dark and a light background to try out that would give a quite different outcome. Every skin tone radiates differently with dark and light color. I wanted to try both and see if there was any that would fit for this particular participant.

I wanted to try out a few poses based on the posture and physical structure of participant. Every participant has some natural poses that they automatically do. I take that something to start with. I also pre choose a few poses from the internet and consult during the time of the session with my client to see if that would be something they would like to try our.

Also we tried a few shots with and without smiles.

Results were pretty good and my client was very happy with the end results.
